I’ve been taking a tablet daily for around a month now before bed and really noticed the benefits already, my skin has improved all over looks smoother and is more elasticated, also in my job I tend to end up with minor scratches and bruises from heavy lifting etc and couldn’t believe last week 2 scratches which were quite deep completely healed within 5 days normally stuck with them for at least 2/3 weeks, usual morning bones stiffness has really improved too so these definately work!

As I have a really stressful job with a lot of responsibility, I feel really tiered all the time, but since I started taking this vitamins, I feel better, so I guess is working.

I take my time before writing reviews as you need to wait, when buying certain products, to see whether they work or not. I have so far tried three different types of this product and I can say, hand on heart, this is by far the best. From having a very hefty appetite, I find since I started taking this product my cravings have reduced, I feel energised and stronger and digestive system is has improve and working just fine and regular – without going into too much details. I am very happy with this buy.

In a supermarket or health shop, you can easily pay at least £5 for a month’s supply of cod liver oil, which is usually a lower dose than this one. But this is such good value for money and will last a whole year which is even better. The supplement its self is great quality and is exactly what I expected. No horrible smell, no dodgy taste, no after-effects after swallowing just good quality capsules. Very pleased overall if you are looking to supplement cod liver oil this is one I would definitely recommend getting.

I purchase these on behalf of my mum. She has macular degeneration, along with eye vitamins a consultant recommended that she take omega 3 1000 NHS on a daily basis, but need to be good quality. These seem to have the right combination. She doesn’t complain of any fishy after taste and takes them religiously every day. she has only required 3 injections so we’re hoping that the combination of eye vitamins and omega3 are working. We have used this brand before, good price and arrive on time. Would recommend them.
